Mukta and Ek Mukta fail the latest OTS :(

$ ot-sanitise third_party/googlewebfonts/ofl/mukta/Mukta-Regular.ttf 
ERROR: Layout: glyph range is overlapping.in range 20
ERROR: GDEF: Invalid glyph classes
ERROR: GDEF: Failed to parse table
Failed to sanitise file!
$

Hotfixed in google/fonts#1209 by roundtripping through TTX
