Feature request: add some stats about past campaigns

"we'd like to get just top line numbers for the actions once they're done, i.e. how many calls in total were made, etc"
This would require to keep track of past campaigns.

We should work on upgrading our instance. CallPower version 1.3 has improved logs and statistics

v1.2 had some fairly major changes to the political-data to work internationally, so you'll need to clear your cache and run database migrations after you upgrade.
