Eric's comments about duplicated results being stored... consider for this package!
Thanks to your clue about digging into the results slot of the simulation object, I have a couple further thoughts
enhancement add a histogram of the distribution of the point estimates (at least for Total abundance)
the amount of information being saved in the results object seems excessive
$Detection holds Pa, ESW and f(0). ESW and f(0) are reciprocals of each other, and ESW is the product of Pa and truncation distance. Don't know if object.size() could become an issue when doing thousands of simulations
Same redundancy argument holds for $individual$summary$N and individual$summary$D. Is there a situation where things like CI coverage will not be identical for N and D?
