More options for nickname synchronization

Why?

I would like to suggest that you add more options to this feature.

What and How?

I would like it to be possible to only synchronize when linking the discord account with minecraft, and be able to deactivate the option to synchronize every X amount of time for performance issues.

Are there alternatives?

Synchronize it via a command.
