Show Discord ID

Why?

If you violate the rules by using profanity in the DiscordSRV chat, delete the message, and then change your Discord nickname, it will be difficult to find the player who violated the rules. By repeating this you can pollute the server chat.

What and How?

Display Discord ID in server logs, and display Discord ID as hover text in Minecraft.

I believe most servers has something like a message logger a good example is one like dyno but this could be implemented
