Add support for Discord Connections & Linked Roles

Why?

It allows people on Discord to easily distinguish who is from a glance at their profile.

Additionally it can used to show a special tag in the Discord server for when their account is linked to Minecraft.

What and How?

Whenever the user verifies their Minecraft account by sending the code to he bot, the will respond by saying that they now can get the Linked Role from the Discord channel (this step can be toggled as required or not required from a .yml file)

Are there alternatives?

Changing the nickname of a user or adding a role to them would works but they are limitations such as not being able to have a custom nickname or see their Minecraft username from profile. Normal roles are also unable to get the special chat tag for linked roles too.
