Revise and extend search possibilities

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is hard to get as a search result those projects that match certain criteria. For example, it seems I can only search for a single 'tag'. But I want to be able to search to multiple tags, for example: Tilburg S6 LTP
Sometimes I just want to get all projects to which a certain contributor contributed.
Other times I want to get those projects with certain tags and certain contributors
etcetera

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have a more fine grained possibility to search through the project, in which both tags, contributors and words in description and short description are included. It would be nice if there is some kind of logical (AND, OR, NOT) selection in the search bar (as what Google offers). From UX it is maybe to technical. In that case a more filtered based approach might be choosen, like you see in webshops. For example: I search for fridge, and in the sidebar I can select subsets (brand, price range, ...). Maybe such a approach might work better in general.
