Redesign Call To Action in wizard

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The way we add a CTA to a project is not clear. It needs to be designed better. It's not clear what a call to action button is or does and the way you need to add a link to the button is not clear to the user.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new figma design screen of the project detail page. Please usertest it and then work on implementation.
