Describe the bug
When a project doesn;t have any tags, the 'tags' header still appears in the project-detail modal

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to overview
Click on a projectwithout tags
See the empty 'tags' header.

Expected behavior
I feel like the 'tags' header should not be there, or it should say something like 'this project does not have any tags'
