Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On DeX a large set of the projects are uploaded via the wizard. Whenever they have uploaded their project, the project description can get updated in the external data source. This results in an obsolete version of the project on DeX.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a way/flow to update a project on DeX with the existing data from the external data source.

Additional context
Maybe the existing wizard can be used..?
