感谢大佬的高效匹配源码，我简单地把里面的功能从mfc中挖了出来，用cmake的方式组织了一个跨平台的c++模板匹配库，又使用c风格封装了c++的功能，更易于python调用c库。

测试在win11、rk3588 ubuntu上均可运行。

我c++基础不是很好，代码有些乱，希望有大神进行重构、优化效率、修复安全问题

arm simd那部分在我的rk3588 ubuntu上运行不正确，换成了循环计算，使用-O3编译，实测效率还行。
