geocoder.w3w no longer works with v3 of W3W #458

The format of the call to https://api.what3words.com/ has changed. See https://developer.what3words.com/public-api/docs#overview. The correct call for "reverse" is now https://api.what3words.com/v3/convert-to-3wa?coordinates=51.521251%2C-0.203586&key=API-KEY and for "forward" is now https://api.what3words.com/v3/convert-to-coordinates?words=filled.count.soap&key=API-KEY. I have hacked w3w.py and w3w_reverse.py to work for me but don't feel confident doing a pull request.
