KeyError: "Server wouldn't respond (invalid key or quota has been maxed out)"

when i use :
t = TTS(myapp,mysecret)
t.say('你好')

i got this error :KeyError: "Server wouldn't respond (invalid key or quota has been maxed out)"

what' s wrong with me?

Do you use your own key, or the package's default keys?
