Design: Add an option to autostart VPN connections when the client is started

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be useful to have an option to mark one or more VPN locations as "auto started", so they would be started automatically, without user interaction, when the client is started. This could happen silently if no MFA is needed, or the client would pop-up to ask for MFA input if one or more locations need it.

Describe the solution you'd like
This would also more closely mimic the way the normal Wireguard client app works
