Steps to reproduce the problem

  • Launch deadbeef.
  • Choose FileOpen Files(s).
  • → The Open Files(s) window appears.
  • Rightclick the Explorer taskbar and choose Show the desktop.
  • → The main window and the Open Files(s) window both disappear.
  • Double-click the deafbeef tray icon until the main window appears.
  • → Can't interact with the main window at all, and the Open Files(s) window is still hidden.
  • Rightclick the deadbeef tray icon and choose Quit.
  • → The main window and tray icon are gone but the deadbeef.exe process is still running.
  • Try to launch deadbeef again.
  • → Nothing happens.

Information about the software:

Deadbeef version: 1.9.6 and current nightly release
OS: Windows 10 19045.3570
