Playing/paused indicator sometimes doesn't change to paused icon

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Begin playing any file.
• Pause playback by clicking the pause button or using a hotkey.
• → Expected: the icon beside the artist name in the playlist should change from a triangle to a pause icon.
• → Actual: sometimes the icon remains a triangle.

What's going on? Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

It seems to occur randomly (but often). When I tried pausing ten times, twice the paused icon appeared, while the triangle remained in other eight times.
