Needs more research on what people want, and preferred way. Somewhere simple in the Options window, or just allow people to make use of the list combining features by documentation?

@DavidMoore Kind of redundant isn't it? If people want to block their own lists can't they just put their own ipfilter in the location? Otherwise you're essentially just being a file mover.

You could however add a pane to your program that has a text field that allows extra IPs to be added that is written into the ipfilter. This list would live alongside the blocklist you download and through updates.

I would like to create a text file ipfilter.txt right next to ipfilter.dat that is merged with the downloaded file..
I find bad actors all the time, can take weeks before they are added or updated into the released ipfilter.dat
this way I would edit the text file and not to need to change the look of your gui.
