Proposal for adding a Roadmap

These are some suggestion to be included into DWSIM roadmap! I highly recommend to ask for volunteers to help and you manage the whole work as a project manager! The https://dwsim.fossee.in/ are a group of talents and can help very much.

Unit Operations
There are some unit operations can be added with some efforts and worth to be included as midterm goals like

• Air cooler
• Plate exchanger
• Fired heater
• Relief valve
• Stream cutter (to switch fluid packages)

Longterm goals

I have seen somewhere that Air coolers are available for a fee, I do not know whether this have changed.
concerning the stream cutter just set a heater with the next thermo and will compute the artificial amount of heat to keep the same temperature with the next thermo
