The monitors of today can become pretty big and high in resolution. Why not utilize that advantage?

Make the search window resizable (manually and fill-screen) to fit more results without scrolling.

I think it will be ugly since the search window is specifically sized to display the results correctly, and changing the window to adjustable will just corrupt the displayed contents.

Layouts should always be adaptive, to adjust to any possible size of current display standards.
It would work well in conjunction with #22.

from a user perspective yeah, of course it would be nice... from a developer stance, not so much...
