Understand Multiple Intents from user response

Description
As a user, I would like the system to extract multiple fact intents from my response

Scope of Work

• Research into multiple intent extraction from the system
• Look into potential of using user response clustering to determine the fact that they are answering with a statement.
• Implement multiple intent extraction on the NLP service
• Add the ability to accept multiple fact responses to the ML service

Acceptance Criteria

• The user types a long answer with 3 facts mentioned in the response. i.e. "My lease terminated on September 5th. I used to pay 400$ in rent"
• The system is able to parse both facts from the response
