I have no idea how to open the save editor

ok im new to GitHub, and ive only used it once or twice, but whenever i do download something similar like this, theres usally an application after i unzip the file that i can just put on my desktop and can acsess the save editor easy peasy. but like, thers no application after i open the zip file (ive opened it on WinWar and my Desktop) so im completley lost on how to open the enitre save editor

so in summary: i have no idea how to get to the screen like the ones's they show on the screenshots bc theres no difinitive way to get there
