. TODO better title, more precise info
. Juan made modifications to the time management in Cuis on Nov-2021, now we use new primitives available from the VM
. It is important for log running Cuis images (read as: server side use) to be able to detect when the local time changed in the underlying operating system. For example, when the timezone changes from CET/CEST.

Experiment to do

  • Prepare an expendable vm without NTP (we must set the clock to fantasy value)
  • Set the time near to a date of automatic change, e.g. from CET to CEST
  • Run Cuis
  • Wait till the time change
  • Check if Cuis can detect the timechange with the new primitives
