add general function to align data when concatenating

There is currently a function for concat of CTDs that does an automatic alignment of pressure values during to adjust for shifts that occur during download of the datalogger. Would be nice to write a general function for doing this sort of thing that would work for pressure and possibly other variables for any list of DataFrames.
