add dissolution rate function from Kaufmann and Dreybrodt (2007)

I have created a function to calculate kappa4 according to their relation, but I would like to include a pwpRateKaufmann function. For this, I first need to figure out whether they were using equilibrium or bulk activities in the rate equation for matching the values from data.
