[Bug] French : wrong audio announcement for missing staff in electrolysis room

Describe the issue

When a doctor is needed in electrolysis room, the audio announcement made n french is "Un médecin chercheur est attendu en salle d'électrolise" (A research doctor is expected in the electrolysis room)
But this room does not require specificly a researcher, any doctors can operate, as it's specified in

CorsixTH/CorsixTH/Lua/rooms/electrolysis.lua

Line 39 in 835bb9a

Doctor = 1,

The bug is not present in English.

I guess the issue is from original audio files and I don't know if it can be fixed by CorsixTH.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set game in French

2. Remove doctor from electrolysis room while it's needed

3. Listen the audio announcement asking for a doctor

Expected Behaviour

The audio announcement should required a any doctor for this room

This is indeed a TH bug rather than ours. Whenever we get to making new announcements it can be resolved.
