Python error 'numpy' has no attribute 'float' comes up during editing definition of custom land cover dataset. See:

@azvoleff currently testing this, with a setup. I have a fix, but that fix is causing a different issue which might be related to older (deprecated?) Python version. Will require some additional changes and testing.
