Adds a paper to be scheduled.
/cabalbot next
Shows the paper scheduled for the next closest Friday.
/cabalbot papers
Shows a list of all added papers.
/cabalbot unscheduled papers
Shows a list of yet unscheduled papers.
/cabalbot paper for [date]
Shows the paper scheduled for the given date. date should be in the format YYYY-mm-dd.
/cabalbot rate [url] [rating]
Adds a rating for the given paper. See commands.md for details on the rating format.
