Updates for the Help page #4082

There are a few updates that can be done for the Help page in Neve:

Create a child theme - we have a dedicated doc for Neve child theme (it will be updated soon)
Build a landing page with a drag-and-drop content builder - we also have a doc about creating it with Otter

Apart from these, I suggest adding a new panel with the Neve YouTube playlist - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kB_P5vFlWt4&list=PLmRasCVwuvpTqtJRJjRTPcY7KST7wa-DX
