Objective

To plan for and create semi-structured/structured interviews and/or surveys.

Background

While this research issue/spike covers figuring out who our existing users/stakeholders are, next steps are to engage and gather qualitative and quantitative insights. This will inform our product development, and should lead to us discovering and listing the platform's value propositions.

These gatherings can come in a few forms, some ideas to do here are:

  • Creating Google surveys for users to fill out
  • Scheduling 30 minute interviews with stakeholders
  • Collecting usage metrics. Clicks, Time spent per page, ...etc.
