Improve demographic survey styling

• Remove the animation for onHover
  • The benefit is that the button won't move away from the user when their cursor is towards the top
• Fix vertical spacing between answers
  • Add a flex gap to make the answers spaced consistently
• make the modal more static and based on viewport size rather than question size
• This will prevent the box and buttons from changing size each question
