Opening and Closing of the code when I try to run it

so I wrote some code and I will put a file below to all of it. and for some reason whenever I run it the generations go quickly and they never learn. and by quickly I mean a second or less. I don't know why it is happening or if something is wrong. can someone help me?

It's because nothing happens after the line # Rest of the evaluation logic. It's just blank.
