Guide Page boost is indiscriminate #25

The boost query that boosts guide pages is indiscriminate. It boosts all guide pages whether or not they have any of the key words searched for. I probably need to remove this current guide page boost.

What we really wanted was only have Guide Pages be a little more important when search terms were found on them. That's not what was implented.
