HD channels - not loading / no sound

Hi!
Pardon my english if you find any errors, it is not my native language.

My setup is a Mac Mini 2012 with Ubuntu 18.04LTS and I have some problems, mostly with some HD channels. Often they are just loading, nothing more happens. Sometimes I get the video but not the audio.

It seems to depend a little bit on which type of client I watch on. If I try to watch IPTV on the Plex app on my Android phone I just get (translated from swedish) "Conversion failed. The transcoder ended because of an error" on HD-channels, non-HD seems to be working fine.
If I chromecast the same HD-channel from the same phone I get the video but no audio.

If I test the same channel directly in Chromium on another Ubuntu 18.04LTS client it's just loading until i exit, then the same conversion error appears (like on the phone).
It works in VLC though, so I do not think it is the stream. I have tried to change the .ts to .m3u8 but it does not work.

Unfortunately no, I didn't. My trial subscription for IPTV ended and with this trouble I did not continue the subscription so I haven't tried anymore.

I have no idea if it helps, but this solved a bunch of other audio problems I had:
/usr/lib/plexmediaserver/Resources/Profiles/Chromecast.xml

Change <VideoAudioCodec name="aac,mp3"> to <VideoAudioCodec name="aac,mp3,ac3">
Then restart plexmediaserver service.

Try it and comment the result :)
