Gamecrash while Chiseling minecraft ver. 1.20.1

So if I got my crash report right the crash is happening when placing single bits, and when the game does crash it only resets the inventory for a few ticks and leaves all the placed and changed blocks as they where the moment it did crash. I have duplicated some of my items with it as it happened right after putting items in a barrel and then going back to chiseling. It might be the reason of interacting in an unpleasant way because of another mod i am using but since I am not sure why exactly it's happening I leave my observations and the crash report here. Hope it might help with feature coding.

I am Using the Forge version 47.2.0 and the mod version chisels and bits forge 1.4.148
