Tooltips on X11 stop showing after the originating split is moved (dragged & dropped)

Describe your issue

After moving a split, all of the previously shown tooltips no longer appear when hovering their element.
This seems to have to do with the tooltip widget windowHandle having its parent inherited by the split parent change.
This is only an issue on X11, not on Wayland.
A fix for X11 would be to not set a parent in the tooltip widget, but that would break it for Wayland.
