@BronsonQuick noticed during testing for #408 that file shares for VMWare aren't working, due to the mount options we use. After #408 and #406 are merged, VMWare users will be able to use NFS, but otherwise it's broken.

We can override this in a provider-specific block, which is how other projects like VVV do it.

Awesome. I had a go at doing that when I was hacking on this last week. I'm guessing I didn't get the syntax right for VMWare as it wasn't working for me.
