This would allow Cesium for Omniverse to work in headless Kit apps where UI extensions aren't present.

Potential naming:

  • cesium.omniverse- UI layer (basically what users see today)
  • cesium.omniverse.core- minimal extension that interacts with the carbonite plugin: calls the update loop, sets the usd stage, and other basic things
