设置了30，只有25fps这个你得问系统了，preview变形视频本身是没问题，应该是预览的view在计算宽高出现了问题。

@CarGuo 加上这一句, 帧率一般能达到30fps: parameters.setRecordingHint(true);

另外，在Nexus5x上画面是上下颠倒的

还真没想到30fps是这么设置的。
demo上下颠倒？我记得这个问题之前是在nexus5p上出现了，然后修复过的

镜像是正常的，手机自带的录像录制也是镜像的
