Bug report:

Vault version: v0.8.3 and above

Goldfish version: v0.9.0

Steps to reproduce: View userpass page

Expected behaviour: Userpass policies populated

Actual behaviour: Userpass policies empty

This seems to be caused by a vault API change, much like the LDAP policies API change. The fix should be simple.
