Keep a cache in eodag-server of items got from /search, /items, or items/foo (limited amount) to avoid searching by id before every download

feat[server]: caching LRU + redis #1073

#1073 extends the proposal from this issue to all the endpoints of EODAG Server. It uses a local LRU cache for the endpoints that don't require an eodag search.
