Removes redundant Spark-Bench link from nav

v27: Deleted commented-out workloads

The two additional SQL workloads were deprecated some time ago and have
not been updated to keep with the current master APIs. This commit
deletes them fully.

The badge previously had an invalid link. The new link points to the
latest releases in Github Releases, whatever that may be.
