It seems relevant to support the definition of numerical probes in CGNS to help CFD users with monitoring physical quantities during convergence process or unsteady evolution. Here is a CPEX proposal.

Added CPEX Number 0048, and updated the website, http://cgns.github.io/Proposals.html
