Add quick exit button to viewer

Feature request from court partner to add a "quick exit" button to the A2J Viewer. Concern amongst their AOC is safety of SRL users.

Court partner suggested something like this:

When I tested that quick exit, it took me www.google.com. However, clicking on the back button took me right back into the above URL (so not sure how solid of an erase option this is).
