Can't see lifemojis in web??

I chose one ,and open the index ,but cant see the icon, why?

I have found the question, the html not set Encode UTF-8, so many browser users default encode, this is why.
Now i change the safari and chrome to UTF-8, the web is OK, but I think this should be solved~

U can Add this to index.plug in head,

meta(charset="utf-8")
