remove requirement for sudo inside docker container (or ensure it's setup to be passwordless). This should work without sudo, so we just need to check if we have passwordless and if not, not use sudo. This affects start_audio startup
Ensure that doc viewer fully installs when building docker image (need to ensure it isn't backgrounded when we are in a docker build) -- i thought we did this already? so this is probably a regression. :)
