Good fixes

Some ideal next fixes to get out:

• fix ALL CAPS and no punctuation or carriage return in some fields. Example: Office365.com (believe this has to do with iframe injection) #860
• Factor out artefacts/login_link_<PORT>.txt by PORT suffix. Right now we just have single file which blorks if using multiple users across disparate ports. We can save all the login links like that for ease. Ensure file and folder perms only for the privileged admin user tho.
• Client count (top bar) is wrong in Safari (adds on reconnect). We should add a cookie/identity aspect to this surfacing of cobrowsing multiplayer client count to correctly distinguish the same client from others.

• Translate install instructions: Hindi, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Russian #691
• Mobile IME input: inputmode attribute should be passed through from remote page (I thought we did this already?) to hint to the user agent to display the correct IME, for like numeric, telephone, etc input.
• Password inputs when entered using 'paste from clipboard' may not work as 'v' may be prepended due to a bug listed below about paste. To workaround, use the context menu 'paste' method, or type the password using the keyboard / IME.
• Numeric keypad issue: key numeral and arrow key are 'doubling up' and will both be transmitted, when if "num pad" is on with a numeric keypad then only the number should be transmitted, whereas if num pad is off only the arrow key should be transmitted. This is unconfirmed but reported from a reliable source so likely legitimate.
• YouTube scrub controls on mobile don't work. Likely issue with some touch/pointer events (like drag / touch move) when sending to mobile.
• viewport remains mobile even after all mobile clients disconnect. even after resize to correct size the mobile flag is still set. this is a miscalculation. #753
• move the console.log domain to runtime or log (deprecation) #866
• chai on mobile expands viewport when sizing image
• Enter in textarea sometimes fails, which happens when using Unicode CJK type characters that may trigger an IME, because we switch to "sync" input mode. Also pasting CJK type (or other IME begetting) characters into an already non-empty input (like textarea) will clear it and replace it with the paste contents.
• fix color and highlights of active tab and omnibox. the current light mode coloring makes it look like they are actually backgrounded or inactive when in fact they are the active ones (ie, inactive, backgrounded tabs are lighter in light mode than the active tab and omnibox. simplify)
• attempt discovery of any quick hacks to make remote devtools accessible from safari clients
• for added security, use podman instead of docker for container builds, and add a 'run_podman' script that is the default container runner.
• Safari Mobile: sometimes Copy Text modal can not be clicked or selected until you tap on the background (region outside of modal dialog). Then it can be selected and you can click copy. This could be related somehow to the control input getting focus perhaps.
• Back button sometimes needs multiple hits #522
• paste keyboard shortcut preprends the input with "v" #867
• implement "find in page feature" (very useful for research) Page.searchInResource or DOM.performSearch (both different but good in their own ways, targeted to different things, first has regex, second returns Nodes :) ;) xx ;p)
• Safari desktop does not require user media perms for WebRTC data channels anymore! Hooray!!! ✨💜🤟🏻 #477 - verify this is true (ie perms no longer required)
• [iframe full spectrum dominance]: some guest context iframe do not tolerate nor accept script injection #552
• bbupdate (or --update) command to blip to next version
• capture all tabs, even those present at app startup with an existing chrome. currently we will not find existing tabs because our app didn't create them. we should set a setting ATTACH_TO_EXISTING_TABS with default true. And 'roll in' these tabs into our regular app set. #823
• we shouldn't make favicon.{jpg,jpeg,png,wep} requests if we already have a valid file from a link element. #807
• favicons still vanish sometimes (we get a blank favicon on some sites, e.g nypost). we need to fix that.
• copy to clipboard remotely does not access clipboard locally (it should for added convenience)
• things like "Ctrl+A" (select all) should ideally work across platforms (right now they only work on Linux servers)
• file download MB label does not show properly on mobile (it scrunches up and wraps vertically pushing height outside the top bar bounds, obscuring the content) #824
• on navigation or back/forward cursor goes to omnibox. it should not. Why? Think it's because we thought it's good idea before. on mobile it triggers ime.
