some pages simply do not load in any browser, not just BB. it's basically a timeout request.

e.g. https://archive.org/details/alfred-w.-mc-coy-the-politics-of-heroin-2003

we should have a way to indicate this

also should add screen clear with tab activate unless we have a cached image for tab.
