Describe the bug

The Delete methods are missing from the DynamoDb Outbox, which means that they cannot be used with the Archive

Further technical details

  • V9
  • Whilst these are present on V10, we failed not backport them to support the archiver when that was implemented; in order to use with the archiver, we need to backport these methods to V10
