Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This request is about to allow a fixed and permanent reply address when a reply queue is used instead of a temporary topic.

Describe the solution you'd like
The reply address / topic should be allowed to configure with the publication.

@honkuan86 I think this is part of a generic class of problems where the publication is not made available to the mapper, and this prevents us also letting you create a generic mapper that picks up most of these details from the publication.

I know that I talked this over with @holytshirt and we were considering this, not sure if he has looked at it for his work on generic mapper. If not I could pick up the general problem by doing property injection into the mapper.
