Table Footers - add mobile controls or make mobile responsive

Right now even if the table is set to mobile view for tablet / mobile, the table footer doesn't stack like I'd expect it to, it stays in a row. There's no scrollbar so the information is just cutoff from the screen. Suggest adding a control for the footer, or just making the footer responsive if the box is checked.
